Practical information
Meeting at Dhammapadipa Temple, 199 Slateford Road, EH14 1LA.

The temple shrine room is provided to us by the resident monks on a Dana basis.  Please bring cash to give what you can for the day. All contributions are welcome.

Bring food to contribute to a shared lunch.  There is a supermarket 10 minutes’ walk away if you need to buy anything.  We also suggest you bring meditation cushions and/or stools if you wish. There are chairs and some square, flat cushions are available to use (but they do not provide much support) .

The nearest bus stop is Alan Park Road (4, 20, 34, 44 bus services) and the nearest train station is Slateford station.  Both are a short walk from the temple.  There is no parking at the temple itself but there is usually parking on the streets up behind.
